The above child rate is per night and with extra bed for children aged 06 - 12 years, sharing their parents' room. Children below 06 years of age sharing their parent's room would be complimentary.
Meal Supplement rates :
Lunch: INR 425 / USD 12.00
Dinner: INR 599 / USD 16.00
The above meal rates are per person, per meal and nett and non commissionable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
a) The above rates are on per night basis only and inclusive of currently applicable taxes and nett and non commissionable.
b) The APAI per night rate includes accommodation, all meals and scheduled courtesy transfers from the airport / Madgaon railway station only. Sightseeing would be at a supplement rate of INR 150 per person per half day sightseeing and 01 half day complimentary sightseeing would be given only to guests who are staying 03 consecutive nights.
c) The CPAI per night rate includes accommodation, breakfast and scheduled courtesy transfers from the airport / Madgaon railway station only.
d) All reservations should be sent along with the payment details to enable us to hold bookings on a confirmed basis. Please note that no bookings will be confirmed without payment details.
e) 50% of the above rate would be charged as retention in case of cancellation 07 days prior to check in. Any cancellations after this period / no shows would be charged full rate as retention and there would be no refund applicable.
Booking Procedure :
1. All reservations will be held on definite basis only if guaranteed by full payment at the time of making the reservation.
2. The package rate is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Reservations are Subject to Availability
Cancellation Policy :
1. 50% of the package price will be charged as retention in case of cancellation a week prior to check in.
2. Full package price will be charged in case of a cancellation within 72 hours of check in date or no-show.
