For 3 nights / 4 days per couple for standard room
- Supplement for deluxe room = Rs 750/- per room per night.
- Supplement for suite room = Rs 1800/- per room per night.
- Compulsory Gala Dinners (Not commissionable)
- Rs 1000/- per head for Valentine Gala Dinner (14th Feb'06)
- No charge for children's below 12 yrs.
- Children of age group 6-12 yrs will be charged 50% of adult rate
The above rates are for 3 nights / 4 days on double occupancy & include:
1. Transfers by a/c coach (Airport /Margao Railway Station)(Not applicable for 1 or 2 nights booking)
2. Welcome non-alcoholic drink on arrival - Special Goan thirst quencher.
3. Well-appointed superior a/c rooms.
4. Buffet Meals (03 / 03 breakfast / 03 lunches dinners for 3 nights stay)
5. Unlimited alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages (house brands) served by the glass from 11:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs (for All Inclusive Plan)
6. Dolphin Chase. (Subject to weather conditions) (Not applicable for 1 or 2 nights booking)
7. All applicable taxes & services charges
Please note:
- Single occupancy is 85% of double occupancy.
- Extension will be on pro-rata basis.
- Check-in & check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-outs will be permitted
- Subject to availability of rooms and on paying day charge.
- For 1 or 2 Nights booking add Rs 3000/- (not commissionable) per room towards
- A/c transfers (if required).
- For 1 or 2 Nights booking add Rs 250/- per head (not commissionable) towards
- Dolphin chase by non-a/c coach (if required).
- The guest on All Inclusive Plan is also entitled to snacks between meals from
- 15:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs
- All bookings confirmed subject to availability of rooms & on receipt of payment
- Before check-in.
Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation of booking should be informed at least 7 days before check-in.
b. For any confirmed booking for the period 16th Oct'05 to 30th April'06 cancellation of booking, if informed before
- 96 hrs, then 1 night retention will be charged.
- 72 hrs, then 50% of the package amount will be retained.
- Less than 72 hrs or No Show, then entire amount will be retained.
- Child below 6 yrs free sharing room with parents.
